Got an email today which I initially thought might have been spam, or that a hacker had got into Capri Clinic's email account. After double checking the link was safe, I watched the video.  Can anyone confirm what has happened?  I wish Kevin all the very best if so.

I got the same message.  I never met Kev but bought parts and respect his dedication to keeping the capri alive.  I have sent his message to to Terry off CCC Vic and I'll raise the matter and some suggestions at our meeting on Tuesday.  I have rung Kev this morning but his phone is switched off.  I'm keen to organize something to help.  I am about to list a few items on Ebay to donate to Kev in the short term I'll post the links later.  This would be a good start so if you have a capri part lying around why not do the same and add a link to Kevs video as not all capri people are in clubs or on this forum

this is a genuine bad luck story, . For a very genuine person. Kevins house and all his belogings have been burnt to the ground - I have been dealing with Kev for over 20 years now and he would always go out of his way to help me out with my Capri. It would be a great thing to help him out in his time of need. Even a small token of $5 or $10 dollars would help. Maybe Put you name  or club in the payee to show that the Capri commmunity can help him out as he has given a lot over the years

Like he says, if everyone gave one dollar he will be able to start again. Or don't have that last beer tomorrow night and send it to him.

I was saving up a list of items to buy from him, and wondered if a healthy order would help with cash flow on top of a donation.

just got off the phone from Kev and just to let you and everyone else know that as far as Capri Cllnic is concerned it is business as usual. He would appreciate as much business as he can at the moment as clearly the money is going to help. One thing he did ask is to give him a 10 day turn around for items. He is busy making up new moulds as we speak (hows that for dedication) !!. So if any of you guys out there want to buy anything for your beloved capri now would be a good time.
