WOW!.............another Wild Plum like mine from 1972 !  Being '72, it begs the question if it's a D Port Delete Special and wonder what its engine/vin  is ?............or were all the "ELEVEN" D ports manual ?
I wanna know what's with the 1978 XC Cobra in the picture ??????????? "I bags first dibs" on right of purchase if for sale.............please advise !
Merry Christmas to all
Bernie

ps...UPDATE ON MY DELETE GTV6 165HP REVAMP..........ENGINE: Pulled heads completely apart and sent away for hot-soak decarbonising & crack testing: came back 100/100 for nil-cracks. Tested heads myself for "flatness":100/100......I am using Dad's 50 year old P&N expandable reamers to correct worn "Guides"(parent-metal)and install new 0.4mm o/s Exhaust valves into my heads, and Dad's Seat Cutters to re-instate the 3 vital Angles in the Seats.
GEARBOX: Sourced some used Piston Oil Control ring rails, to eliminate excess end-float in Gearbox Input Shaft freeplay between Main bearing and Clutch thrust Support/Front GB Cover. Hand made the 3 GB gaskets. Incredibly, found the Selector seals in Dads "nos"! ...Original ones were not worn out; but so far wrong on the ID, it explains why box was leaking badly. Steam cleaned Box and Bell Housing ready for some nice original BLACK paint.
Found New Clutch in Dads stock.....What would I have done without good young Dad who taught me the Trade and had good tools/equipment!(regrettably died at a very unfair 43 y/o : RIP Dad)
Back to the never ending clients cars till I get another hour or two for my Projects.
...........................................................PLEASE ADVISE IF COBRA IN CAPRI PHOTO IS FOR SALE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Speak with Eric, he has his details, the A pillars were toast though apparantly.
