No need. It is the standard MK1 Escort steering wheel in a brown colour. I know these exist but I have brown interior with a black steering wheel which suggests it has been changed out.

What year is your mk1? My '74 model has a brown interior with the black wheel and column shrouds.
Were they all like this, or did the early cars have a brown wheel?

 
My mates '73 4-door also has the black wheel and shrouds.

I have a black steering wheel but no center trim.

Gents. I am now aware that the black steering wheel and black shroud is normal for the brown interior as per photos above (in Australia anyway). Tapitallee? Is this the Tapitallee that is near Nowra? If you ever decided to go all brown for your interior, I have a factory brown (dark saddle) sports version of the standard escort wheel (padded leather rim).

I bought it to use on a Capri as they are the same as the Capri factory option wheel, but I'd be happy to sell it or swap for a black sports wheel in similar condition.
