considering photobucket stuffed up my last tread by withdrawing my pictures, and I can't afford to pay $400 a year to keep them going, So ill do it all again here, please bare with me as i transfer all the info over and find the correct pic for each section

I've originally started the thread on

Hi guys. in this post ill be adding new pictures of work as i do them.

this is how I got the van on 17/9/2010 had major holes cut in the floor where the rust was and in badly painted undercoat and was not going, the fuel line was melted on the extractors, and needed the front end rebuild badly and oil leaks everywhere

These first few pics shows that I started sanding the undercoat back to the original blue colour and sprayed a guard out of a spray can to choose a colour, and im going with the red, its a Ford period colour "hurmtage" i think its called

firstly I'm rebuilding the front suspension, (I've completely pulled the struts apart out of my spare van so I still could drive around while I rebuild these for the van I'm doing) and got each part sand blasted and then powder-coated, everything in gloss black apart from the coil springs of cause which were done blue

also I've put in new Pedders shocks, new bearings, new rotors, new sport pads

new Clubman Quick rack 2.9 ratio and tie rod ends thanks to Stephen at Smaka performance 0413 389 332

These first four pic's shows before the rebuild

Here's a up date on the progress on the suspension work, as you can see I've cleaned and degreased the wheel well and sanded it down with a scotchbite pad and then sprayed it with under-body paint and installed the new braided brake line
