Hi Guys,
 
So im just cleaning up the rusty bolts etc throughout the car, and ive just finished cleaning up the seat mount bolts.
 
So, two quick questions. I seem to have a combo of 3/8 bolts, and 11mm bolts. What are the right sized bolts for the seat mounts in the MK2 rs2000?.
 
Additionally, are the bolts meant to be painted black, or are they kept silver / chrome from the factory?.

1/4 unc bolt  with 7/16 head.
 
7/16=11.1mm so I am assuming that you used 11mm spanner instead of 7/16, so your '11mm' might be the correct bolt.
 
I believe that they were matt black from factory.
