I have been contacted by a serious buyer looking for a MK1 V6 Capri in resotred factory correct condition.  No projects.  His ideal car is a Wild Violet manual, but will consider good cars in any colour trans combination so long as they are the real deal.  This guy knows the correct market prices they are going for and is prepared to pay for the right car.  Let me know what you have and i'll refer you on.  He owns a classic garage so is a legit fellow
