Have a chat with Ben at .globaltrim on 0407525065.  He has been helping me with parts and gets Escort stuff in.  He specialises in SCheel stuff for ESP Falcons. I'm currently adapting a set to suit my RS.

i have a set in perth but have been retrimed by a previous owner in black fabric not the original cloth that they came out with. but they are in very good condition .

Hey Geo2001, good luck with the seats, proper material can be found in the uk, but if you're like me you may shudder when you see the price, NQRS is on the right path, they can be sourced from esp's too. Brock dunnydores used them too but from what I've seen I think the headrest is different............ Hey Stuart H, were they the ones on gumtree a while back? Price was fair, was a bit suprised to see them, if not, even more suprised to see two sets for sale in lonely old perth............
 

no never had them on gumtree but have been meaning to or ebay there is a set on there now for $3000

If there is enough interest I am willing to reproduce the correct headrests for the RS2000 suit 1979 and 1980 in foam ready for trimming.
This will include the metal brackets and round uprights, original part numbers etc. 
These are the large curved "airliner seat" type, not the shorter version that appears to be used in the Commodore.
I have a sample in storage ready to copy.
Just need interest.
