For install of the alternator on the right side I made a remote oil filter with -10 lines.

 
 

BMW E38 radiator. A lot of work to machine the mounts to suit the top and bottom rubber feet. Radiator was mounted forward of the front cross connection. Laser cut trims, folded and welded for the twin fans.
 
Some of the wiring is temporary until it is completely changed over to EFI. The collection point tank for the water outlets have sensors for the dash gauge, injection control and the electric water pump.
 

 
 

Electric water pump with the combined control unit for the pumps and fans. No thermostat is required as the pump pulsing and speed controls the temperature.
 
The water pump is mounted from the side bolts for the front suspension corner mount.
