Matching tyres seals it for me.  What a shame it was left for so long.

Im going to start pulling it apart  so taking pics of all the silly incidental bits - of interest if u are going to resurrect one with originality in mind. I may not be right re the originality of some of the parts but from memory they sit well ..

this pic shows (obviously) the leads (1)  - im guessing are original (so thin - around 5mm dia), rubber vac advance bung (2) and hard black plastic vac line

 

Looks like a early built 1970 V6 as fitted with 40DFAV weber.

7/70 on thé id plate. Seems a lot were pushed out that month
