Any tricks to removing the leafs, well more specific the bolts for the leaf springs? Managed to undo the nuts, but am at a struggle to remove the bolts. Also, anyone know the size of them, incase I have to cut them out?

Don't cut them there special. You need to negotiate the weight off the bolt so that it's not loaded with the weight of the car or hanging off its own weight. At least get it close to the centre of gravity and it would slip out end of the day slightly lift the weight and just keep undoing the bolt.
