Not sure if it helps but I know a number of guys that have gone through the same issue and each time have ended up with the XY heavy grained vinyl for use on the door trims.  I personally used the same material on my door cards and result appeared to be a perfect match.

My White auto has the same trim on the door cards like the seats although only highlighting where the usual bands start. It looks fantastic and while not original it is my preferred look over all my others. I also have many different styles on excess door cards sort of the same but individually different. If it's not concourse then make yourself happy.

I could be wrong but I thought the earlier Capri had the finer pattern which is the same as the XW trim.  I have seen both course and fine trims.

I always thought that the seat marerial was not used on the door trims. I thought concourse would be just bands of the non grained material surrounded by a silver plastic band in a weird oval shape sort of. I will post some pics of trims tomorrow and next week.
