I made one from metal that attaches to tabs or rear frame of radiator.
Pm for more info, (for sale as car is gone).

Martymexico, that part number is very close, a V6 Capri one being 70EB 8146 BA. I dont see why a new, later part number would have been issued unless it's for an Escort or Cortina perhaps?

Probably for a Mk2 v6.
