Have just purchased this car and know very little about it, particularly who built the motor and what's inside it.
It was a originally an orange V6 GT, now has a C4 Transmission with Hi-Stall and 9 inch, 289 windsor. Is engineered for rego in QLD so assume it was built here.

You might be able to find out who engineered it and work back from there?
