hi guys been ages since i last ask questions
 
i have just scored myself a RS 2000 dash to put into my 1980 van which been converted to a 2ltr, i can sauce a new pipe line from england, my question is do i no a sender or does the line just screws into the block where the old sender was

also do i need a pipe line with fine or course thread, there are two types just want to know which one to get

from memory should attach to a sender in the block.  I have a spare one of these if you want it, I've gone for electric gauge so don't need it. Will only cost you postage. Len

The RS dash has a mechanical gauge from memory hence needs no sender. The electric sender is for a seperate low oil warning light etc.

Yes, the line is purely a mechanical feed- The rs oil line has a swivel fitting on each end- see pic. When I said sender I was meaning the threaded fitting in the side of the block which it attaches to. Yes, I am on paypal so will go to the post office and get a cost of padded bag and postage- PM me your contact/ address details please.
