Any help with Id for this cam? Is it stock and OK?

Numbers on the end are the ones to check, the others are casting no. Try looking at Camtech or Crow cams for their profiles if its an Aussie cam or try the numbers on kent or other Pommy ones.  If its a standard ford one then thought is that they would have ford stamped on it.  There is a proper way to measure them but beyond my knowledge. Looks a little worn, if you check out the specs on the camtech website you might be able to take some measurements. Oher wise get some fine emery tape and linnish the lobes ie polish them, if there are no major surface pitting should be ok.
