The graphics on the stalks themselves are different too, at very least in the latter two cases.

intermittent stalks will blow fuses if the van hasnt got intermittent set up, ( if you press down on the wiper stalk accidentally instead of the blinker stalk), haha going from the daily car to the van i do it quite often lol
 
but i found a NOS none intermittent in germany, had it shipped, once fitted, does not blow any more fuses
