I know a there is a few of you on here running Autronic ECU's on cossies.

The word on various forums is that the pf01 tps is not suitable for aftermarket ECU's due to the "open circuit" switch used internally when throttle is closed, rather than it being a totally linear potentiometer.

Is this true? Apparently the later 4x4 pf09 is a better bet....

..or, could you just mount a pf01 such that the tps shaft is turned slightly when the throttle is closed?

Any advice appreciated.

On the Haltech system you have to use a PF09, I am not sure about the Autronic but I assume you would need an 09

Good luck with it

You can use the pf01 but need to adjust it so it reads a value at zero throttle, effectively adjust it past the open curcuit. This is how I set up Mark's YB which ran the pf01 originally. If you convert to PF09 you will need to reverse the gnd and 5v pins in the tps plug.
