I only use mac's and this microsoft based software is about as intuitive as a pencil to an elephant.
How do you do it?

There are three ways -
  1. Click on the paperclip icon when posting a message to upload a file
  2. Click on the little tree icon to refer to an image that is already on the Internet somewhere
  3. Use IMG tags manually to display an image that is already in the Internet somewhere

I thought that was how you did it. Thanks Bud I will try again and see if it works this time.

so you no longer need a web based program like photobucket to upload pics on the forum any more?
You can upload them straight off your hdd??

Correct and you also didn't need that on the old forum. You were able to upload pictures directly

Tried what you said yesterday Bud, but it didn't work. However today it seems to be working fine. Cheers

I might be losing the plot, but I cannot for the life of me find the paper clip!

The paper clip does not appear when using Quick Reply, but if you select "Reply to Message" you will see the paper clip icon above the text box, third row down on the far left. This can be used to "Attach Files". There is also an option to "Insert/edit Image", which is the tree icon on the second row.

Incidently, while I was replying to your PM just now, the paperclip was visible where you said it should be. It just doesn't appear when I reply to thread topics?
