New to the forum here. I'm after an escort. MkI or MkII doesn't matter (I like them both). Doesn't have to be finished but would like something close to done mechanically, body work/paint is no big issue. Would prefer manual and a coupe but open to what you've got.

As far as price goes my budget would really depend on the car. I'm not looking at buying a mint escort for upwards of $10,000. As a guide nothing over $10000 I would be interested in as it would be too much for me.

Still looking guys. Considering a possible trip to QLD or VIC if car is running well and registered. Would however much prefer one in NSW or ACT though. 

I have a 2 door mark 2 with full RS2000 bits on it. Mechanically not sure but it is all there (I haven't started it but told it is running)

Sorry Stephen I forgot to let you know about that mk2 you sent me some pictures of and that I had found something. But I've checked out your website and will be in need of some new parts soon enough :D maybe a lot of advice as well...
