spanner + hammer has always worked for me, just need to give them a good whack and they normally loosen off easily

Big screwdriver should fit through the U/J, or at least jam into it so you can prevent prop turning

The impact driver did not work. So I placed a mini ball joint splitter between the UJ edges and the floor. Hey, whatdya know :)
