That's a real worry for us older nuts on the acorn tree!

However it is even more of a worry when you consider that our cars have now survived 30 plus years, and many cars will most probably outlast many of their current owners,.....when the older nuts amongst us fall off the acorn tree..... [88]

Got my Escort in 1999.
Still have it.

Bought my 4 door 1980 ghia when i was 17 and had it since.
Spent a bit of time in the shed waiting for todays restore.
So that makes it about 22 years.
