Hi Guys,

My return line fue hose has cracked, and im finding it hard to find any replacement hose.

Does anyone have a MK2 RS2000 return fuel line I could buy, or know where I could get some?.

Many thanks

Easiest thing to do is just run fuel hose all the way from the carby to the tank.  Either that or buy some steel bundy tube and run that but fuel hose is much easier

thanks guys.

Having a look under the car, and it appears as though I cant just buy normal rubber fuel line?.

Under the car running from front to rear, there are three "hard" fuel lines. One is the fuel delivery line, one is the fuel return line, and I actually havent worked out what the third is? (does anyone know?)

Anyhow, they are all running through a small clip only just big enough to fit all three of them. If I buy the rubber hose (which has a larger outside diameter), I fear it wont fit through the clip with the other two hoses.

Thus the reason im trying to find the original sized stuff.

I think the original tubing is nylon, which shouldn't be too hard to get hold of.  I used to buy it at Dotmar (for work purposes), but Blackwoods or places that do pneumatics (like SMC) should carry it too.

If the return line is only damaged at one end, cut it back and clamp a longer rubber fuel hose to the nylon line for an easy fix.

The third smaller line is a fuel tank breather that goes to charcoal canister.

Cheers
