Have now a different pressure plate with a Capri clutch plate.
OK. This is where it's getting interesting. Any help , input would be greatly appreciated. As now it's getting a bit desperate.
PROBLEM: Clutch grabbing point is 50mm from floor.
This is what we have came up with and fixed so far.
Mounting ledge of throw out machined and spacer added to repair back to original depth.
Spacer behind the throw out bearing.
Currently pedal is level with the brake pedal .
That's another problem I know but 20mm at the pedal will not give me atleast 70mm + at the grabbing end. With the cable wound up really tight it still doesn't give me any more distance off the floor.
I'm doing this with my bell housing , throw arm.
Basically bolted up less gearbox to get a simulated clutch workings.
So guys put your thinking caps on please. Any suggestions experience situations anything cheers guys .
