There was a ebay sale not long ago of a classic aircraft. The seller wasn't happy with the final bid and decided that he didn't want to sell, the winning bidder took him to court and won, buying the aircraft for the final bid.

Show me where in the ebay terms that you cannot pull an add, even if it has bids.....there are some things they get narky about but others they don't give a rats.

I had a problem with a guy up here that had a Honda trail bike that I had bid on, he must have listed it 5 or 6 times, got plenty of bids on auctions with no reserve listed but he always pulled the add before it closed out.

Ebay did not want to know about it and I was advised that there was not a process or action that could be taken(they're great system doesn't even recognize this as an issue or problem).
