Looking for a front brake replacement upgrade for 2.0 Escort.
Currently has std M16 type rotors, with vented disks, and 13" x 6 rims.
 
Maybe someone has upgraded to 15" and has surplus kit.

 happy to be have your thoughts Whools, as buggered if I know. As per other thread, parts list suggest disks are Mazda 323.(DBA930)
I found a sticking caliper yesterday after putting the disks back on, and figured may as well look as better braking options at the same time
. 
 
I figured the calipers are Girlock, and M16 by the stamping?

I have not separated the caliper shells, but they do have 4 thin shims on each of the 2 mounting bolts, between the mount bracket and caliper itself. I thought this was just to centre the caliper pads on the disk.
 
Simplest way might be to put some new seals in and see how they go.
