Hi Guys,

I am hoping someone near Springvale to Mornington can lend me a dipstick & tube for Essex V6 or have precise measurements & calibrations. I can't see making them myself being anything but a piece of cake!

As I haven't heard "boo"from Springvale to Mornington, I am hoping ..........
ANYONE in Australia would help me out with DIMENSIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS
of Dip Stick and Dipstick Tube for the Essex V6.................please !

May be the dip stick and tube may be the "Holy Grail", Some of the most basic things can be so hard to find (or even borrow), sorry I cant help you though but good luck with the search.

I'm sure a member will soon help as we have a lot of V6's in this Forum.
Till I find them, I have a bolt plugging the hole, and I accurately measure the prescribed
amount plus oil in filter, and then change the oil & filter every 5000 kms
