Wow thanks for the feedback spigot. The 2.0L has been dyno tuned and is running beautifully. Not sure how long they had it on the dyno but i've done about 150km's in it now, I was planning on dropping oil at 300km's. After this, do you think she'll be ready to drive normally?

I drop the oil early on because assembly lube, especially moly based blocks the oil filter very quickly. Plus if there is anything wrong you will see it in the oil.

If there is any problems now they will not disappear or "bed in" by 1000 or 2000km. As I have said all that happened in the first 50km.

If you actually had to be gentle on a fresh motor there would be motors blowing up continuously at the new car dealers. The pre-delivery boys rev the absolute snot of them! Especially after they receive their payslips, it's that bad.
