Hi

I’m at a point where I need to run fuel flow and return hard lines the length of the car for an EFI conversion, I don’t want to run through the passenger compartment so the most logical place to run is along side the drivers side chassis rail. I’m reluctant to drill the chassis rail or floor pan to mount the clips so was wondering if anyone has any bright ideas?

My panel welding is not great so I’d prefer not to weld brackets. I was thinking about maybe epoxy panel bond some brackets on but don’t want them to fall off down the track.

What’s the best way to passivate the hole after drilling it, grind around it and paint?

Yep, I just used aluminium P Clips with the rubber sleeve.
 
 
I drilled slightly oversize rivet holes into chassis, quick lick of rust preventative paint, then riveted into place.

No offense, but I brought some windshield rubber from the old and new car companies to capri
 
It's a nightmare either they made a mistake in your model or Chinese made it took 4 hours to try to get the rear windshield finally I gave up and sent them back just not fit or want to go in. I sent them back even sent one in front of them even didn't want to try Try one of the fiasco behind it.. think the window channel has a problem...

So I cleaned my ones, in the 2 minute windshield...
