Bonus
Over the years i have amassed a lot of pictures of escorts - may write a book one day.
Be good to see some that you all have stored and like and not because there your own !
Ill start with one of my faves , a blue mk1 sideways (as they should be ) in the Isle of man rally.

Not any photos ive taken but what resparked my love for escorts.

Always wanted one as a teen but parents made me use my money more 'wisely' after seeing this article on speedhunters i started the hunt for one asap, now have two in the garage.

Excuse the picture quality, its a photo of a photo, caveman says "can't use the scanner but weld stuff good"
I've always loved this image, the focus on Francois Delecour's face balanced by the fear of the spectator to the left, the flames, the steering angle and the fact that its all happening on tarmac.
Even in the modern day the Escort was a spectacular machine.

Hey Bonus, that was Corsica '93 from the book The works Escorts. I've got fond memories of watching these and the later Repsol cars at the old Rally Australia in WA.
Cheers Drew

Hi Bonus,
I f you look up about Hoonigan online you will find the arches/ front were designed and hand built made by a cult body guy in Japan called Rocket Bunny, who is so elite you really have to be someone special for him to do work for you.  Apparently caused a huge controversy with people saying they should have stuck with a normal style arch.  Len

the rocket Bunny flares and white rims work for me.

I thought we'd be spotting a few imitators by now.
All I've seen are Whoonigan stickers on a few cars

Ken block owned the car long before the rocket bunny kit was put on, there are some videos of him driving it in arched trim on the net. I think the rocket bunny kit was just some rebranding/media hype and then moved on. Wish i could have such epic cars and just move onto.
