No not the stud holes. 
The single large centre alignment hole (is there a proper name for this?). Measure the axle flange, and then you'll know how much to take it out by.

As far as i know, All you need to do is machine down the outside edge of the axle hub so it fits inside the disc, the stud hole and centre hole already fit,

There's new stuff in town, if you like fancy paint jobs that change colour from where you view 
or/and when ambient light changes.!! ... i'll drive down to Melbourne & see if i can Beg, Borrow, 
or Steal some samples, Wednesday next April 22nd.   ... i'll let you know.!!
