Hi,
I've had to reset my password and have the new semi-random set of characters as the new password. It works to login but when I attempt to change it to something easier to remember it fails. I've tried a mix of letters and numbers and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Help me please....I'm using a Mac and have tried Safari and Chrome without any luck.
