WOULD someone please explain why I cant see the "button" to upload my CAPRI photos into "MY ALBUM" or even Public Photos.............after 20 mins of going nuts and swearing softly ?
(Doesn't help being bitten 5 mins ago by one of my 80,000 bees ! Went to refresh their water while wearing dark clothes.......classic mistake).......now itching all over  :-(

Not sure how others are doing it, but this works for me:
 
Login as usual
scroll down until you see the blank reply
click "open full version"
click paper clip icon on RHS of tool bar
browse your computer (I have the photos stored on desktop) and load from there
 
See if it works for you.
 

............now how do I get them from here and into "MY ALBUM" on this site please Peter ?

Not sure if the forum group website has facilities for a "My Album".
More knowledgeable people on here might be able to help more.
Best option I can see is have your own home page external to the forum group and link from there by:
 
click user control panel
click personal information
scroll down to "misc information"
link to home page.
 
 

Have you got an album created yet?
If you have then just go to that album and there should be the 'Upload Photos' button in the row of buttons under the title. Then click the 'Upload files to the server' button and go select the ones you need.

that's my problem..........don't see how to "CREATE AN ALBUM" here on site, so everyone can see everybody else's cars and projects at different stages, etc............rather than a "link" to go off-site

............amazing!..........found my way to "MY ALBUMS" by clicking on my avatar and hit a brick wall............It said, IF YOU SEE an up-load button, go for it. BUT in "MY ALBUMS" which contains no photos, there is NO upload button. And there's NO button on that page saying "Open Full version" like it says here in forum/posts, thinking that's what it needed to "wake it up"
Just hope I don't die of old age before I find the solution !

I don't think you're going mad, I can't see anywhere that you can create a new album once you're in there either.
I can edit and delete my existing album, but can't find anywhere that says 'Create me and album'.

Go to "Photo Galleries"
Click on "Members Gallery"
Click on the "Add New Album" button

It was previously set to have a maximum number of albums for each user as 1. I have now set it to 5.
If you end up having 5 albums, the "create new album" button will disappear.
I have also increased the file size limits too - the forum will automatically resize and compress them after you upload them.
