I was using 205/60R13 on my panelvan with no problems. I had a small amount of rubbing inside the guard on full lock but nothing worth worrying about. I have recently changed to standard wheels and tires for originality, I'm interested to see the difference.

Ive never got the 205 thing. Always had better results with 185's..

I had 205 all round, had to space my front rims to stop the rubbing on the strut. 185 on the front was a lot better for turning

How was I getting away with running 205 all round with minimal problems when so many others are having problems?

My problems are only minimal but enough to make me worrie, I am shattered I chose the 205s over the 185s as I purely got them because I liked the look it gave my car but now causing me a headache, anyone Interested in buying brandnew 205/60r13s??haha

I've used a couple of different brand tyre's and never had any dramas using 205's with RS alloys on my car.......
Agreed they look better but the 185's I have also used were reliable and a bit cheaper.....
Cheers Drew.........

The tyres are only rubbing on the guards so I might either speak to my local panel shop or give it a go fixing the issue spots myself cheers

You can get mobile guard rolling companies. Ive never used them though so can't comment on the work.

How did you go with the paint? Did it crack at all?

I have a car that could do with the guards rolled but I'm worried about taking the risk on damaging the paintwork.
