Less then a week now........
 
Time to starting the cleaning and polishing process to make all the cars clean and shiny.
 
There will be a few new cars this year which is always great to see projects finished or owners getting out and about.

Hi Guys,
 
The committee had our bag stuffing night last night and we are very happy with the quality of freebies this year.
 
It is looking to be a hot one on Sunday so please remember to wear a hat and drink plenty of fluids on the day.
 
We have a number of vendors selling drinks as well as an Ice Cream Van so we should be fine.  There is also a pub to replenish any lost fluids too.
 
We will have sun cream available on the day at the club marquee too.

So what is the go tomorrow, is there a certain time you have to there to be included or is it park anytime. First time going so wondered what the correct thing to do is. Bringing my Mk 1 Capri up from Geelong.

We open the gates to the cars at 9am.  Entry is $10 for cars and a gold coin donation to the Leukemia Foundation who'll be on hand to take the donations in their tins.
 
Be sure and take your Judging form (that will be handed to you on entry) to the RSOC Vic Marquee by 11am as if we don't have your judging form you won't be judged.
 
Come down Nelson Place and then turn left into Ann Street after the Police Station and no doubt you'll see a heap of small fords.  There will be an entry line, so get in behind and checkout the cars.
 
Obviously with the high number of cars expected please be patient when waiting to gain entry.
 
We went and set it up today and given how hot it was the Sea Breeze made a huge difference and really took the sting out of the heat.
