Good work on the new find! Looks promising. I thought there was a way to tell between 1300 and 1600 by the stamped codes on the side of the block... What about the VIN plates?
 
I would also love to come to the run on sunday... Got my carb tuned and slipped in longer wheel studs so Im ready to go! Will be away this weekend tho

Yeah I imagine the codes on the side of the block would be different but I haven't really had a proper look and the VIN plates have been slightly damaged and painted on so didn't really look to hard haha...
 
Good work getting your car sorted, I still need to do my rear wheel studs but thats a job for another weekend as I am currently preoccupied building the universities FSAE car.
