Can't access vimeo?

Not sure why it didn’t work, this is the disc on the opposite strut. Dial gauge shows the warping

Glad you found a possible answer PF.
I dont suppose they will warranty the disk?
Your studs look like they should be plenty long enough :)

Yeah that's better. Well not the hub anyway!
What is the absolute runout amount?

Yeah doubtful on the warranty for the disc and they would likely want me to send it back to the UK so would lose any gain in warranty replacement on shipping.

They aren’t too expensive so think I will just have to buy another and if it sorts the problem it’s well and truly worth it.

About 0.16mm it doesn’t seem like much to me but you can feel it change on the pads when the caliper is installed and if you are ever so gentle on the brakes you can hear the pads making contact then coming off

Yep. Not too sure how much that equates to by the time you get to the outer tread diameter but probably close to 3x?
We can rule out the stub axle not being square because then the dial indicator reading would not change for any one given setup position?

You could rig up a texta too the strut and ever so lightly close it in on the disk to it marks it, once happy you then mark the hub and rotor before removing the rotor and spinning it around 180deg , ie at 6 o'clock from the 12 o'clock but keeping the hub at 12 o'clock where it was and re bolt to torque again, reset the texta and see if the mark is in the same place or somewhere else, if it's the same it'll be the rotor out of true, if it's in 180 deg it's the hub that's out
