Finished the plumbing.

Here's a few pics.  I had to get the inverted fittings from the UK as the 10mm metric ones are hard to get in Aus.

Cheers

Hey, nice work. How'd you end up going with this? What about the handbrake lines?  The exit point looks like it will come from beneath the axle then over the spring.
Your brake flex lines look fairly long, will they sit a little to close to the chassis rails and maybe get squished by a fully compressed rear end?
I'm interested because I'm about to do mine. To hold the flex lines I was going to use some short flex lines and weld two small L shaped holders similar to the original one already mounted in order to situate the flex lines in a secure location on the wheel side of the u bolt brackets.

It's still sitting on the Laundry bench!  Wife loves it.  Lol.

The handbrake lines will go under diff.  You may be right about the braided lines hitting stuff but worst case I can just trim the solid lines to get it all sorted.

Won't really know until it's been installed.

I have the handbrake lines all sorted apart from getting a cable made to go from the handbrake it self to the main cables.

Here's a couple of pics of the handbrake setup I'll be using.  It's off the R31 but I just need to get the escort one mated to it.

Cheers

I have been running R31 rear brakes including h/brake for a while now.
Here is a few pics on how I plumbed it up.

Thanks guys, RS 2000, It looks like you've welded some pipe holding brackets to your (Borg Warner?) diff. Got any photos of the right hand side attachments? Are they just made up? Also have you got a bigger picture of your handbrake setup and it's routing, in particular the middle section?

Cheers

Hi, The brackets used are r31 brackets that were cut off and rewelded after the diff got shortened, they are nothing special basically L shape bracket with a correct size hole in it to suit fitting used on the flexible hose. Diff to body flexible hose bracket is also r31, basically simple platform that has a thread in it to allow a pad style t-piece fitting to be bolted to the diff housing.
Here is pic that shows a bit more. If still unclear I can do a detailed write up in my escort thread.
