High Back Buckets and ADR - Applies From What Build Date

Question for the brain trust out there.....

From what build date (e.g. 11/71) should we expect to see high back buckets in Capris?
What is the relevant ADR number (ADR 03?) that will appear on the vehicle identification plate (compliance plate) ?

They must of starting rolling the high backs out a bit earlier then the ADR date as my 12/71 is fitted with high back seats.

High Back seats ADR came in Jan 1972, Capris started to be fitted with them December 1971. the other item that changed that I dont know its first appearance date is the push and twist bonnet locks seen on 1972 capris. ALso swinging sunvisors

From what I've seen the push & twist bonnet locks were fitted from 1971, and the swinging sunvisors from 1972. There may be a month or so difference though.
