I have reluctantly decided to part with my 1980 Mk2 RS2000 4 door.
The vehicle is a genuine Australian 4 door in very good condition.
The car has no rust in it. It is complete and running. Could do with a tune up, but running fine. It is running a standard 2 ltr motor, except for a capri 36/36 Weber carby. Extractors also fitted.
Car is at present on Classic car plates which cannot come with the car, so will be unregistered and no RWC supplied.
Car is lowered and runs RS 4 spoke wheels.This is a very presentable honest car.
I am not negotiable on the price, so its take it or leave it, no barterers, tyre kickers or test pilots please.

For anyone looking for an RS this is a very good example and quite reasonable at that price.

G sometimes you just have to part with something you really dont want to. In this case it is a simple matter of no room. My MIL wanted her garage space back, and its too crowded in my garage.

Geoff, it's a shame you have to sell it on mate. I would happily put mine out the back so you can store it at my place. Im pretty sure I could sweet talk the Mrs !

If it does sell then you'll be able to finish of the mk 1 beast you have !

This car is still taking up valuable space in my garage which is hampering further progress on my Mk1, so it is still for sale

Can you put some more photo's on the site, particularly shots of engine bay, interior etc so us interstaters can get more of an idea of condition, also you mentioned it could use a tune up, would it be able to be driven from Melbourne to Sydney in present condition??? ......... thanks
