we also do  all the mk1 2door glass glass in both clear and the oem tints . Now shipping to Oz is not cheap but if you take a few it makes it not to bad  . One of my uk agents said i should mention it on here as a few peoples seem to be looking leave it with you . All of our current stock have just gone on the new filming of  a new hollywood blockbuster i am not allowed to mane it but i am sure most of you know already . I do however have 26 sets due in feb so keep it in mind

Having recently supplied a the owner of Begga Cheese a couple of specially made " Heated Clear Screens " for his MK11 Escort 1800 RS -
( Some of you may know Max is building this up to run against Neal & Rick Bates, in next year’s ARC historic class, where clearly ( Funny Del heated screen ) Neil has been the man to beat to date.
The Bates boys also run my heated screens in their cars, replica Toyota Celica RA45, and Porsche 911
I had a batch made as Neil was having some problems when testing on the rare occasions it rains here )
 
I too have laminated MK1 & MK11 - light green tinted / Blue sun band Non Heated screens. 
Clear screens none at this time.

These screens ( tinted ) are Manufactured in Australia
I have these currently in stock and available at $89.90 Inc. GST.

After reading the above post I looked into this for the group ....
 
As these are already made here by PGI Australia I asked if I could buy a batch of front clear laminated STD screens today.

Minimum quantity order for me is 10 -12 to keep pricing down .... And as a comparison to the £
Price would be around $110 - 112 Inc. GST.
Manufacturing times 6 - 8  weeks from receipt of payment in full.
Depending on workloads at time. As they have they already tooling for this model  ....
 
Asked also about ALL side glass and also rear screens as a kit ....
MK 1 - 2 door .... Full kit i.e.  Door 1/4 glass  .... Wind up door glass / Rear 1/4 panel .... Rear screen
( As UK supplier does not say 1/4 panel glass only door glass ? )
 
With Australian ARD's, as usual there will always drawbacks to produce this
 
Glass would be made to world standards .... However PGI are NOT prepared to manufacture glass without the visible inclusion of their standards, embossed / printed into the glass.
Unfortunately this is mandated as one would expect to meet current ARD's
This would instantly identify it as reproduction and not good for the purist ( That was polite !)

Obviously I have currently the Heated MK 1 & MK 11 version in stock, some even clear, but don't have tinted  tinted for both models.

To be competative with $89 Inc GST and that being for a single screen, NOT any group buys, your product would have to leave you for under £30. This seems very good even if from XYG !
On arrival here there would be mandated shipping charges if consoidated at $2100 per consignment. Plus customs agent at $125 - $175
I can post the shipping charges if anyone needs to see ?
There is a tarrif consession for screens over 30 years old, so that is good.
However GST here is based on the item/s cost plus the freight, then GST is added on that total.
As for Kit supply costs .... Not interested in price wars as £350 landed here evn if multi packed would be way over $700 ....
 
As for group buy on tinted screens .... Max six ( 6 )  $69 inc GST
 
Lastly is the " correct markings " ....
So they are original manufacuture so the exactly same markings as found in old Ford glass ?
 
As for clients.
For a newby to this industry I have and do supply Ralliart Australia, Stephen Shepherd, Simon Evans, Neil & Rick Bates, and only one of the most famous Datsun 240Z's competing in the East African Rally.
No one as recognised as you but I have anly just started !

Just to break these 2 up for a minute.....I have no link to either supplier and pretty much don't give a damn who you buy from.  I offer the following information to help my fellow enthusiasts.........
 
I use one of Rick's (HeatedWindscreens.com) heated Mk1 Escort screens and have been very happy with it.  However, I decided I could save a few pennies by paying for sea freight into Port Adelaide with me then picking it up.  Turned out to be a VERY expensive exercise as I had to pay customs clearance charges and broker fees - I won't say what the total screen cost was as it's a little embarrassing!  If I had paid for the courier delivery option instead it may have cost me only a few sheckles more upfront but would have avoided the huge import expenses as the courier processes everything.
 
Very happy with the product and service from Rick BUT if I ever break it I will probably give Del a ring.....share the love.

Hi all its still wet over here i have picked up on this again after a very long time Sorry ( i am not great at forums ) it as true that it costs a fortune to ship glass out to you guys due the volumetric size of the boxes however we do continue to do so from time to time over the last few weeks we have had a larger than normal amount of emails from Oz about all sorts or heated glass including MK1 rears and side along with mk1 cortina and mustangs from people telling me that they have been waiting for delivery in some cases nearly 12 months I am not sure what the problem is but i can tell you we have all this in stock as usual 
if anyone needs and help please just email me and i will do my best to point you in the right direction

4 light green / no sun band.
Only 2 MKII's in Clear ....
 
9  Ford Capri Supplied by Tyneside Saftey glass.
2 Ford Mustang only .... So god knows what the heck your on about ?
Considering our climate I have the following screens in stock. And as for MKI Cortina I have no stock and have no intentions of stocking this ! I usually send people to YOU !
