Ive been back on the job today after a few weeks of doing nothing[:p] Heaps of progress today,I spent 10 hours out in the shed with the Mig and angle grinder[:0] Both sides are fully welded in and seam sealed...although I did an abortion of a job with the seam sealer[:u][:p] Thankfully it is sandable and I can rub it back[%] All the fresh metal is in etch primer ready to go[;^)] The only down side is that I now need to paint both rear quarters due to the paint being burnt where I spot welded the sheet metal tabs to the quarter,I was expecting this so no real drama's

Here's a few pics from the other side The 265's fit with around 10mm clearance to the spring and 15mm clearance to the quarter panel[:u][;^)] Im pretty happy with that
