Phil. so with the "bigger" turbo you have less lag??

i reckon the gt30 is probably the best pick of the latest turbos for an engine thats been modded the old school way or is standard.

260kws at the wheels awesome! hopefully with a rebuild you will make the 300kw!

i hope my gt30r makes 450bhp to the wheels!! if im lucky!

Simo, ive sent you an email. Phil, fantastic to hear that the gt30 made more power earlier. Are the cams holding back the power up top, and if so, will changing cams result in a shift in the power band upwards, meaning less power down low? Good luck with the rebuild!

THAT was just replacing the standard t4 and fitting the turbo.
im waiting for my dyno tuner to get a program to re tune my webber pectal board ecu. i will let you know the result.

Good choice in turbo for a standard engine!!!! you will still have lag.. probably the same sort of lag a standard t03 engine gives!! which isnt bad considering the final power output!

Good luck with it! hopefully you can get the power desired easily!

What tuner do you use as I think you're Brisbane based?

Thats great power Phil, awesome package. Sounds like you've reached the limitations of the stock cams!!
