The back flange behind the gearstick sits on the tunnel, all the rest sits above the tunnel with the side panels supporting the top panel and attaching part way down the side of the tunnel. There is 'some scope' to pry the side panels apart a
small amount but if your tunnel is too widely modified/widened then probably not suitable.
The side panels have shallow flanges to give some rigidity. These flanges could perhaps be sanded off which
may give some flexibility to the panels.(maybe)
