Its a bit overcast today so the colour is a little dull but excited to get these on. The offsets make everything fit nicely. 7s on the rear, 6.5 on the front. Thanks again to all who answered all my fitment questions . I went 195/50/15 all round pilot sport 3. Good enough for a c63 from factory so im sure they will be fine on the escort.

May have sneakly ordered a LSD for the rear end then i think ill need to leave it alone for a while. First child due May

Thanks marty! Mike dale has been doing the mechanical work for me, we were thinking of changing to a 3.9 to give the car a bit more around town zip. It rarely sees the open highway. Thoughts on this?

Hi Robbie a 3.9 is a good all rounder ratio especially if you've got a 5 speeder. There's little noticable difference between a 3.9 and a 3.78, my old mk2 has a 3.78 quaife LSD and was so much fun , it also has any tramp bars which really gets power down.

My van is all complete now , it drives quite well and occasionally gets thumbs up from passers by .

Thanks Marty looks like 3.9 might get dropped in. I am still on the standard 4 speed although I do have a 5 speed i picked up a while ago but have been hesitant to cut my shell to move the shifter hole. Plus then the down time of swapping the boxes out.
