Hello everyone, I was directed towards this forum by the a member of a local car club.

Hope it is ok to advertise my uncles car for sale here, if not please delete this post.

Its a but of a long story but my Uncle recently passed away and my Auntie has asked me to help sell his Ford Capri.

My Uncle owned it for as long as I can remember and he always took great care with it however over the last few years his health has not been great so he hasn't driven the Capri and it has been kept secured in their garage.

I would like to keep the capri for myself however I don't have the storage room and it would be terrible to let it sit outside and thus after discussing with my Auntie she has agreed to sell to car but only to somebody who will look after it.

I believe its a 1971 Ford Capri GT with the V6 engine and 4 speed manual gearbox.
It is located at my late Uncle house in just outside of Adelaide.
However I am currently live in Queensland so it is a bit difficult for me to get access to the capri.
According to my Auntie a neighbour said the capris battery is flat and she said one tyre is flat, it hasn't been driven for the last few years so will need a bit of maintenance to get back on the road.
Also my auntie said the registration has expired and she thinks the odometer indicates it has traveled about 75,000 miles.

I think it is mostly original, including interior etc however my Uncle did have the capri resprayed about 20 years ago in the factory colour (Diamond White).
The only photo I currently have is the one attached, but I am trying to organise some more

The family has agreed if it sold to a car collector who will look after it they would accept $(amount removed).

Please note I said I would help my Auntie sell his car and as you can imagine it is a difficult decision for her and so please genuine buyers only, and she doesn't want lots of people going to her house "just for a look at it".

If you would like some additional information please contact me on (removed number), if I don't answer please leave a message.

Thanks
