The padded filler is held in place by double sided tape, a little bit of heat and gentle work with a flat scraper will separate it from the frame. Took a bit of work with turps and the scraper to get the old adhesive off. My frame was a bit warped as well so again, a bit of gentle heat then laid it on a flat surface with another flat piece of timber on top and a couple of heavy blocks for a few days got it nice and flat again. Cleaned up the infill, a bit of satin black vinyl spray brought it back to its former glory. Got some really thin double sided tape from a mate at a local sign place and put it back in the frame. Not sure if there were mounting pins on the back at some point, these were broken off so filed them flat and used double sided tape to fix to the dash. Mine is an RS and thought the dash looked a bit bare so used this to add a bit of contrast. Len
