Original should be a smiths clock. Kienzel is a replacement.

Gee Mr GTV6   , you know very well what went down during that Ebay sale last year , you continually try & bag out & blame PayPal , and keep on digging & digging , it had nothing to do with paypal , besides it was only a deposit proposal  as it was quicker & instant ...funny how you REFUSED to reveal the strut tower numbers back then...then 5 months later you decide to do it openly here on the forums ????( i hope it didnt take that long for the stamp punches to arrive from UK  lol ) 
You know all the preparation that  we went into to bringing  bringing that car to Sydney ( trains, Trucks etc)  and as you remember it was all systems go  on the proviso that you sent a photo ( which you didnt include in your original Ebay add  !!! ) ....yet you refused to reveal the strut tower numbers , you boasted on the add as a Genuine Matching numbers car ...yet all that was left was for you to reveal the numbers and you replied ...."you didnt want to ruin the paint job"???? come on if you wanna have this out call me in person  ( you still have all my details including business details ) instead  of constant digging through the forums Im over it ...man up Mr GTV6 

Wow, accusing me of a crime, so much I could say.  5 months of ignoring your comments but thought it was time to protect the integrity of the car.
 
You still don't get it.  You were just a stranger at the other end of a phone who told me that you wanted to use paypal so that YOU could have buyer protection.  Nothing wrong with me assuming that you were more than willing to use it when the car arrived on the other side of the country.
 
Show me the photo or I wont pay
 no photo = no payment = ebay terms default = cancel contract = no risk of paypal claim = keep the car.  Perfect!  deal with angry wife later.

Good luck with the clock, I hope some unsuspecting buyer doesn't get accused of being a liar because they put it in the wrong car on the basis of your ad.

Well , well I have a stalker now aswell ...you talk about Integrity of the car ???  that car has so many shadows hovering over it its not funny ...why do you think no one else bidded on it??
I was  stuck in between my gut feeling  telling me "no" and my my son's desire to finally own a V6  ...and against my my own  better judgement  we decided to go for it ...just aswell you "bailed"out as we have heard so many bad stories from people that know "that" car  , we thank God now that you cancelled and I want to "Thankyou "as you did us a huge favour ...if you recall yourself ....your words on the phone were  "I have my doubts of its originality /authenticity thus I am cancelling the sale on my solicitors advise" !!! remember those words??? cos I do , so stop throwing crap this way via the forums , we are tired of your little digs in the past 5 months targeted at us , it was you that cancelled not us ...it was you that wouldn't disclose the strut numbers ..not us .
And do some more research on clocks as its obvious you have no idea 

I think no one else bid because of my honesty about the paint, and perhaps because as a 72 owner, I wasn't aware of the stamp and didn't post a pic of it.  If you had of asked during the auction I would have, but I guess you didn't want me to share that pic with anyone else. 
 
Not heard any other stories, but yes fed you some stories so you wouldn't pay during the 10 day cancellation period.  My "solicitor" was google.

Not stalking, just need another clock, recognised the name.  The red hand clock is only for RS3100, not 1969-1972.
 
 

I’ve put a full set of Capri seats on EBay in I think dark saddle color. Completely original and I think priced accordingly if anyone is interested. No rips or tears and many years left in them. One section is slightly faded and a 2cm bit of the piping is damaged but repairable. If anyone is interested. $1750 start price or $2300 buy it now with good runners etc.

Been looking at those. What’s the foam/support like in the drivers seat?

I can help there, although I always thought the Kienzle clock was original fitment. These are the only type I have.

Foam is Good. I would replace the support rubber if I was to use them.
It’s not ripped or torn in any way though.
