Shannons are quite expensive (was $800+11%) but I guess if it saves the hassle of dealing with a bunch of idiots coming around and wasting your time.

It’s hard to know how to sell this one. If it had issues like my own it would go on EBay or Gumtree. All my issues are from non payers in the housing rental market and also in my business with people running out of money. Add to that the ATO attacking because of the previous two. So to keep up it has to go because selling a house is not the right time. Although selling a car now probably isn’t as well. I’ll keep it if it’s not the right price but I’m leaning towards Aussie Muscle cars or Carsales but all these don’t seem to be well advertised nowadays. Really it’s marketing and advertising of which Gumtree and EBay rule the roost nowadays. Still deciding so it’s a few feelers out, here and on Facebook.

I know but when tenants watch for two years while your house is eaten by termites you have to fix it that’s being fixed for the last two years. Then now my other tenants aren’t paying in my other house I’m strapped. Now tax dept say I haven’t paid myself super or the wife as well. So off topic but first world problems hey. All I know is ignorance is never bliss with the ATO and they don’t care. Can’t avoid it. Still I could hide the Capris and be happy but they would take everything else. Unfortunately they are not real comfy to sleep in.

The issue with Ebay is that you run the risk that the winning bidder then decides they want to question and negotiate, which I get, but it's not how ebay is meant to work.
