i offered 14k just as it stands .. but think he said he got offered 35 ... might throw a heap of dust on mine and call it a backyard find ask 50k for it ...
does that trim look right , and it also has a black engine bay dont like the white trim tho  doesnt look good with the green colour

The trim looks like it’s been replaced. Their are no lines in it also no ashtray in the rear. The front door cards also look like they have carpet in them.

The radiator support is gone. It’s been round the clock more than once.

Car has been customised over the years obviously. Interior has been changed from original, but may still have been white from factory. It would be a good car to get at the right price, as the paint seems good. My guess is the $35k offer is bs.

Thermo fan on a 43k car?....Obviously not been looked after.

i run a thermo fan in mine as well  living close to the city and every street you turn into is a fricken traffic nightmare   tends to heat up a little ... i dont think my capri ever seen a traffic jam until now ...   so i thought better be safer than sorry and install a thermo

Never thought I'd say this but I'm starting to dig these period modded cars. I'd probably leave it the way it is.
There was a beaut Mk1 Capri in street machine a while back with an SLR Torana style spoiler and Jag IRS rear to name a few mods.

Funny how times have changed, in the 80's all we wanted to do was modernise these cars, now all we want to do is put them back to original.  I still much prefer high back recaro's, a nice sports steering wheel and electric window washers.

Yeh, only a deluxe, it actually says it in the description. No way it's worth anything close to the asking price.
