Just a couple of questions re-fitting of Volvo Callipers.
!/ Does blanking off one of the line connections on each calliper affect performance? ie will fluid favour one the closest piston to the fitting?
2/ I have a M16 spacer kit with vented, cross drilled disc already fitted to Capri Struts. Will the discs suit the callipers without offering them up first? I know the mounting lugs have to be slightly elongated for the callipers to fit the struts.
3/ Are these callipers much better than I have already?

I have volvos on my RS with vented cross drilled discs and have no problems. I do have them on escort struts though.
 
I think they work much better than the M16's, but others here will argue this.
 
I have a single to double manifold to connect the 2 inlets. It was quite cheap from a bloke in the US. Let me know if you need his contact.
 
If you want to have a look come for a drive up the coast :-)

Thanks Graeme. Have you s piccie of the manifold? I may get one made here as my fittings would be different to yours as mine are UNF I think

I think the connections may have been UNF as I had new flex lines made up to suit. There is a thread on the forum about them.

Contacted him and he wants $115 US posted for the manifold and banjo bolts or $85 US posted for the manifold. A bit dear Might be able to locate something cheaper?

It might not look as neat etc, but you could run the two separate lines to the strut, then join them with a 3 way connector, similar to what is in the in engine bays in the Mk1 for splitting the front brake feed?
